Woofs and Wags is a family run business based in Sutton in Ashfield, we offer free local delivery in Mansfield, Ashfield, Hucknall & Bulwell. If you are local to the above areas please select the Click and Collect Shipping Option at checkout and leave your address in the notes section.

We have a stall on Hucknall market and you will find us there on a Friday and most Saturdays, we will happily take your orders to be collected on a Friday for your convenience, please select the Click and Collect Shipping Option.
2nd Class Signed For Delivery
All orders under £50 delivery is via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For or Evri.

RETURNS
Items purchased online are exchangeable for alternative sizes within 14 days of receipt so long as they are in an unused condition and in their original packaging. Alternatively, Woofs and Wags will issue you a credit note.
Returned goods should be returned by recorded or registered post addressed to our current trading address as shown on this site, as we cannot be held responsible for losses on the postal system.
If your item is faulty, you will be offered a full refund. If you are unhappy with the size/style, we can either offer you a full value exchange or credit note or a refund.
Please note that postage costs are not refundable. We strongly recommend that all toys, and particularly those that contain squeaks, should be given to pets only under supervision.
The exception to this is food products. For health and safety reasons these are not returnable.
